Infrastructure:
The infrastructural unit is upgraded with high end technological machineries and products like:- One colure rotogravure printing machine.
- Eight colure rotogravure printing machine:
This machine has the following features like:- Width upto 800 mm/1600mm.
- Operation speed of 200 mts/min
- Substrate includes polyester BOPP,Metallised white opaque and paper and automatic web tension control system
- Two dry and wet lamination machine:
Web width: 1500mm +800mm
Lamination speed: 200mts/minute
Substrate: polyester, BOPP, metallised foil
Simplex floating type unwinder and rewinder units- Two pouch making slitting machine etc.
They are provided with Centre seal, three side seal, gusset seal and D-punch facilities in a machine.
Two slitting machines one with max 1500 mm width and provided with photocell sensor control system other in 800mm with and provided with photocell sensor control system.
